This is a great opportunity to ensure access to reliable information and tips about asthma for patients and carers worldwide.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Did you know that over 30 million people in Europe, including a significant number of children, are living with asthma?\u00a0 Despite these alarming statistics, asthma management remains relatively poor worldwide. Now, more than ever, there is a pressing need for easily accessible, accurate and comprehensive information online.<\/p>\n<p>To address this information gap, <a href=\"https:\/\/efanet.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the European Federation of Allergy and Airways Diseases Patients Associations (EFA)<\/a> developed <strong>aboutasthma.org, <\/strong>a platform <strong>offering a wealth of <\/strong><strong>science-based resources and tools<\/strong> <strong>designed <\/strong><strong>to educate and empower patients with asthma <\/strong>across 5 areas: symptoms, attacks, care, life and help.<\/p>\n<h4>World Asthma Day 2024 &#8211; AboutAsthma.org is now translated in 3 new languages!<\/h4>\n<p>We are excited to announce that from now on AboutAsthma.org is available in three new languages: French, Italian and Spanish.
