This is a great opportunity to ensure access to reliable information and tips about asthma for patients and carers worldwide.
Did you know that over 30 million people in Europe, including a significant number of children, are living with asthma? Despite these alarming statistics, asthma management remains relatively poor worldwide. Now, more than ever, there is a pressing need for easily accessible, accurate and comprehensive information online.
To address this information gap, the European Federation of Allergy and Airways Diseases Patients Associations (EFA) developed aboutasthma.org, a platform offering a wealth of science-based resources and tools designed to educate and empower patients with asthma across 5 areas: symptoms, attacks, care, life and help.
